Zusammenfassung

Kutane Sarkome infiltrieren durch unregelmäßige, oft mehrere Zentimeter lange Tumorausläufer das umgebende Gewebe. Deshalb treten sogar nach einer Resektion mit einem großen Sicherheitsabstand von 2–3 cm noch in 20% der Patienten Lokalrezidive auf [8]. Mittels mikrographischer Chirurgie können die Tumorausläufer hingegen genau erfaßt und radikal reseziert werden. Am Dermatofibrosarkoma protuberans konnte mittlerweile gezeigt werden, daß die mikrographische Chirurgie im Gegensatz zur einfachen Exzision mit Sicherheitsabstand äußerst geringe Rezidivraten hat [2, 8]. Dieses Konzept sollte auch auf die meisten anderen Typen kutaner Sarkome zutreffen [7].
