Zusammenfassung

Allgemein akzeptierte chirurgische Therapiestrategien bei malignen Melanomen sind die lokale, dreidimensionale Exzision des Primärtumors mit entsprechendem Sicherheitsabstand sowie die therapeutische Lymphknotendissektion bei klinisch metastasenverdächtigen Befunden [5, 9, 12, 15,18, 23, 30, 32, 35, 36, 37, 39, 40]. Das chirurgische Management bei Patienten mit Melanom-Metasta-sen kann sich als äußerst komplex erweisen. Die verschiedenen Muster der Metastasierung—lokale, regionale und disseminierte Metastasierung—die einzeln oder auch kombiniert auftreten können, implizieren häufig, ob und in welchem Ausmaß eine chirurgische Intervention möglich ist [2, 7, 21, 33, 38].
