Es wird eine Technik vorgestellt, die eine atraumatische Entfernung einer Acrysof-Intraokularlinse 5 Monate nach Implantation ermöglicht. Das gleiche Linsenmodell mit der korrekten Dioptrienstärke wird in gleicher Sitzung durch eine 4-mm-Inzision in den Kapselsack fixiert.

Summary

Acrysof MA60 exchange 5 months after implantation. A special technique is presented allowing an atraumatic exchange of an Acrysof IOL through a 4-mm incision and an implantation of the same type of IOL with correct power in the same position.
