Abstract

The status of the Minimal Supersymmetric Model (MSSM) is reviewed before some recent developments on coupling unification are described. The different generalisations of the MSSM are then discussed with respect to their theoretical interest as well as new experimental results: R-parity violation, non-minimal models, supersymmetry-breaking sector, quark and lepton masses and mixings.
