Zusammenfassung

Die mikroskopische Kolitis ist eine Krankheit des Kolons mit wäßrigen Durchfällen, normalem endo-skopisch-makroskopischem Schleimhautbefund, aber histologisch erkennbaren Veränderungen mit einer subepithelialen Kollagenschicht (Kollagenkolitis) oder lymphozytären Infiltraten (lymphozytäre Kolitis).
