Zusammenfassung

Dünndarmdivertikel sind in der Regel asymptomatisch verlaufende Ausstülpungen des (proximalen) Dünndarms, deren Häufigkeit in höherem Lebensalter zunimmt. Es handelt sich entweder um angeborene (echte Divertikel: Ausstülpungen aller Wandschichten) oder erworbene Ausstülpungen (Mukohernien) des Dünndarms.
