Zusammenfassung

Nuklearmedizinische Verfahren vermitteln diagnostische Informationen, die im Sinne einer abbildungs-gestützten Funktionsdiagnostik zu interpretieren sind. Dabei liegt der Schwerpunkt des diagnostischen Interesses nicht in der rein morphologischen Darstellung der zu untersuchenden Organsysteme, vielmehr sollen Aussagen über die Funktion eines Organs, zum Metabolismus sowie zu immunologischen Reaktionen getroffen werden.
