Zusammenfassung
Die Hemmkörperbildung ist eine schwere Komplikation der Hämophilie. Durch die Bildung von Antikörpern wird FVIII bzw. FIX unwirksam. Eine suffiziente Hämostase kann bei dieser Erkrankung durch nichtmenschliche Faktoren- konzentrate oder aktivierte Prothrombinkomplexe erreicht werden. Erstere haben das Problem der Antikörperbildung gegen das Fremdprotein und sind deshalb vitalen Indikationen vorbehalten, letztere haben im Kindesalter das Problem der schwierigen Steuerung des Gerinnungsprozesses. In diesem Beitrag wird die Gabe von rekombinantem, aktiviertem FVII (rFVIIa) als neue Therapiealternative vorgestellt.
