Zusammenfassung

Die neurologische Begutachtung nach einer schädigenden Einwirkung auf das Zentralnervensystem eines Probanden dient der objektivierenden Feststellung der dabei entstandenen funktionellen Einbußen am Zentralnervensystem, der Einschätzung der subjektiven hierdurch bedingten Beeinträchtigung der Lebensqualität des Geschädigten sowie der Einschätzung der schädigungsbedingten beruflichen Leistungsminderung.
