Zusammenfassung
Eine Prozedur für die Akquisition, Registrierung und Fusion funktioneller und anatomischer Magnetresonanztomographien (MRT) wird beschrieben und validiert. Anatomische MRT (5–10 Schichten) wurden in identischer Schichtlage zur funktionellen MRT erzeugt und für die Registrierung mit anatomischen 3D-Datensätzen (MP-RAGE, typischerweise 160 Schichten) verwendet. Die Genauigkeit der Registrierung wurde mittels Daten von 8 Patienten des Vanderbilt-Projektes quantitativ validiert. Hierbei wurde kein Verlust an Genauigkeit durch die geringe Anzahl von Schichten festgestellt. Für reale Patientendaten wurden fMRT und MP-RAGE-Daten fusioniert und bei neurochirurgischen Interventionen unter Verwendung eines robotergestützten Operationsmikroskops eingesetzt.
