Zusammenfassung
Um eine am individuellen Bedarf orientierte Behandlung zu gewährleisten und die Möglichkeiten oder Grenzen der sozialen und beruflichen Wiedereingliederung chronisch Atemwegskranker fundiert beurteilen zu können, mu ß sich das Rehabilitaionswesen auf eine wissenschaftlich gesicherte Rehabilitationsdiagnostik stützen Können. Im einzelnen ist eine zuverlässige und valide Diagnostik zu folgenden Zwecken erforderlich:
