Abstract
The general area of computer simulation studies in condensed matter physics continues to be a XIbrant area of inIestigation. The “status report” which is contained in this Iolume is the result of presentations and discussion which took place during the 12th Annual Workshop at the Center for Simulational Physics. The texts of both longer, inXIted presentations as well as a number of contributed papers are included. The reader will find that the scope of sim¬ulational studies is broad and that substantVAl potentVAl for cross-fertilization of methods between different sub-fields exists.
