Zusammenfassung

Die Erkrankungen des Trophoblasten lassen sich im Hinblick auf ihre Ursachen grob einteilen in primäre Fehlentwicklungen durch Chromosomenanomalien oder exogene Schäden sowie Tumoren und sekundäre uteroplazentare Durchblutungsstörungen durch EPH-Gestose, Diabetes, Hypertonien, Nikotinabusus sowie aszendierende oder hämatogene Infektionen. Diese Übersicht befaßt sich mit den primären Trophoblasterkrankungen.
