Zusammenfassung
Die Hysteroskopie zur Diagnostik intrauteriner Pathologien hat insgesamt einen hohen Stellenwert. So ist sie im Rahmen der Abklärung auffälliger sonographischer Befunde bzw. bei der Abrasio unverzichtbarer Bestandteil des operativen Vorgehens. Des weiteren kann bei intrauteriner Pathologie wie Myomen, Polypen oder Septen eine operative Korrektur erfolgen.
