Zusammenfassung
In der normalen Schwangerschaft wird die Wand der uteroplazentaren Arterien ausgehend von der Plazenta bis in das Myometrium hinein von extravillösen Trophoblastzellen invadiert, die in den betroffenen Abschnitten alle muskulären, elastischen und nervösen Elemente der Gefäßwand ersetzen [2, 3].
