Zusammenfassung

Therapiestrategien für den sinnvollen Einsatz der verschiedenen Substanzklassen im Rahmen der antiretroviralen Behandlung der HIV-Infektion haben sich im vergangenen Jahr aufgrund der Ergebnisse der Studien DMP 006 [1], INCAS [2], Atlantic-Studie [3] und CNNA 005 [4] geändert. Vor allem in der Primärtherapie konnte die Effektivität Proteasehemmer-sparender Regime gezeigt werden. Therapiestrategien zum effektiven Einsatz eines neuen nicht-nukleosidalen Reverse Transkriptase Hemmers bei zum Teil vorbestehenden Resistenzen gegenüber Nukleosidanaloga, gegenüber Proteasehemmern und auch gegenüber nicht-nukleosidalen Reverse Transkriptase Hemmern müssen noch entwickelt werden.
