Zusammenfassung

Mittlerweile stehen 6 nukleosidale reverse Transkriptaseinhibitoren als Bausteine für die anti- retrovirale Kombinationstherapie zur Verfügung (Tabelle 1). Alle Nukleosidanaloga stellen leicht veränderte Nukleotide dar. Sie unterscheiden sich jeweils nur durch einzelne Atome an ganz bestimmten Stellen des Moleküls. Die Nukleosidanaloga werden dann anstelle der natürlichen Nukleotide als ≫falsche≪ Bausteine in die DNA-Kette eingebaut and die DNA-Kette kann somit nicht mehr verldngert werden and es kommt zum Kettenabbruch. Autßerdem findet dabei eine Hemmung der reversen Transkriptase statt. Tabelle 1 fatßt die derzeit verfugbaren Nukleosidanaloga hinsichtlich Handelsname, Nebenwirkungen, Dosierung, Einnahmeabstand and Einnahmehinweise zusammen.
