Zusammenfassung
Das Vorgehensmodell zur Entwicklung von Informationssystemen [Somm97] bezeichnet den Übergang vom methodenneutralen Fachkonzept zum methodenspezifischen Lösungskonzept als Systementwurf. Wird die Entwicklung von Workflow-Management-Anwendungen nach diesem Vorgehensmodell organisiert (wie z.B. in [Jabl96a, S. 91ff.] und [Ortn97, S. 9]), ist die zentrale Aufgabe des Systementwurfs die Erstellung von Workflow-Typen.
