Zusammenfassung
Im vorigen Beitrag wurden neben Definitionen und Diagnostik von Alkoholmißbrauch und Alkoholabhängigkeit auch die jüngsten Fortschritte im Verständnis ihrer Ätiologie geschildert. Neue Befunde zu den nachfolgend behandelten Themen Klinik und Therapie erfordern ebenfalls Ergänzungen und Erweiterungen des bisherigen Lehrbuchwissens.
