Zusammenfassung
In der Behandlung von Tumorstenosen werden die ursprünglich dominierenden offenen chirurgischen Verfahren in den letzten 15 Jahren mehr und mehr durch endoskopische Methoden ersetzt, die es mittels Dilatation, Ablation und Prothetik erlauben, die überwiegende Mehrzahl der Stenosen im Gastrointestinaltrakt effektiv, sicher, mit relativ niedrigem Aufwand und geringer Belastung für den Patienten zu behandeln.
