Zusammenfassung

Chronisch entzündliche Darmerkrankungen (CED) können nicht nur den Intestinaltrakt, sondern jedes Organ betreffen (Rankin 1990). Hautveränderungen spielen bei den mehr als 100 inzwischen beschriebenen Komplikationen eine besondere Rolle: Sie sind häufig, lassen sich leicht erkennen, können den intestinalen Manifestationen der Erkrankung vorausgehen oder können sich, bei bekannter Darmerkrankung, im Rahmen einer akuten Exazerbation manifestieren bzw. verschlechtern.
