Zusammenfassung

Ein häufiges Problem der urologischen Praxis ist der unklare, diffuse perineal-urogenitale Schmerz, dem primär kein eindeutiges organpathologisches Korrelat zugeordnet werden kann. Häufige Leitsymptome sind sämtliche Varianten der Miktionsstörungen; perineal-genitale Dys- und/ oder Parästhesien und genitale Funktionsstörungen wie z.B. Ejakulationsstörungen.
