Zusammenfassung
Primär kommen bei einer Blasenentleerungsstörung mit klinisch, radiologisch und/oder sonografisch nachgewiesener Harnretention immer infravesikale Obstruktionen (z. B. Urethrastriktur, Prostataadenom) in Frage. Sind diese nicht nachweisbar, ergibt sich ein vielfältiges und mitunter diagnostisch problematisches Spektrum von Differentialdiagnosen.
