Zusammenfassung

Mit der handassistierten laparoskopischen Chirurgie (HALS) vereinigen sich die Vorteile des offenen Operierens mit der Möglichkeit des Fühlens, der manuellen Präparation und des schnellen Reagierens bei lokalen Komplikationen, wie z.B. der Blutung, mit den Vorteilen des laparoskopisch assistierten Operierens (SLS) — kleine Hautinzision, vermutlich deutlich verminderte Anzahl an Narbenhernien und Adhäsionen — bei sehr akzeptabler, gegenüber dem offenen Vorgehen kaum verlängerter Operationszeit.
