Zusammenfassung
Im Verlauf des letzten Jahrzehnts hat sich die psychiatrische Versorgung und deren Zielsetzungen verändert. Schizophrene Patienten sind nun nicht länger passive Teilnehmer bzw. der Behandlung unterworfen, sondern nehmen immer häufiger aktiv an deren Gestaltung teil. Daraus resultiert, dass die Beurteilung der Behandlung aus der Patientenperspektive und damit einhergehend die Zufriedenheit der Patienten immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinnt. Viele Konstrukte, wie z. B. das subjektive Wohlbefinden des Patienten oder die subjektive Lebensqualität, stellen heute nicht nur Aspekte guter psychiatrischer Versorgung dar, sondern stehen als wichtige Erfolgskriterien im Zentrum therapeutischer Zielsetzungen.
