Zusammenfassung

Die Endometriose wird definiert als Absiede-lung von Endometriumdrüsen und -stroma außerhalb des Cavum uteri und des Myometriums. Zur Diagnose haben sich in den letzten Jahren keine wesentlichen neuen Gesichtspunkte ergeben, so dass unverändert das Vorgehen gilt: Anamnese mit Symptomatologie ⇒ Laparoskopie ⇒ Biopsie ⇒ Histologie ⇒ Therapie.
