Zusammenfassung

Trochanterosteotomien vereinfachen den Zugang zur Hüfte, bergen aber das Risiko einer Trochanterpseudarthrose bzw. des Ausheilens in einer Fehlstellung. Die Häufigkeit der Osteotomien in unserem Krankengut betrug 0,9% bei primären Hüfttotalprothesen (HTP) und 13% bei Wechseloperationen (Abb. 8.4, 8.5). Eine dachförmige Osteotomie wurde bevorzugt. Am besten zur Fixation bewährt hat sich der Cerclagenspanner nach M. E. Müller unter Anwendung eines Cerclagedrahtes (Abb. 8.1).
