Zusammenfassung
Der Nutzen des Business Reengineering wird erörtert; seine Grenzen werden herausgearbeitet. Darüber hinaus wird ein neuer Systemansatz entwickelt, mit dessen Hilfe die Geschäftsprozesse verbessert werden können. Im Rahmen des Systemansatzes „Management by Processes“ werden neben Geschäftsprozessen auch Management- und Technologieprozesse berücksichtigt.
