Zusammenfassung

Interferenzphänomene werden in der Praxis für zahlreiche Anwendungen der Meßtechnik verwendet. Mit praktisch keiner anderen Technik lassen sich sowohl räumliche Messungen als auch Frequenzbestimmungen so genau durchführen. Wir stellen in diesem Kapitel eine Auswahl an interferometrischen Methoden vor.
