Zusammenfassung

Das genetische Geschlecht ist mit der Konzeption festgelegt. Die undifferenziert angelegte Gonade entwikkelt sich zwischen dem 43. und 49. Tag unter dem Einfluß des Y-Chromosoms zum Testis [14, 25, 35, 47]. Die Genitalentwicklung in männlicher Richtung ist ein aktiver Prozeß, der das Vorhandensein von Testisgewebe und eine hormonale Sekretion voraussetzt.
