Zusammenfassung

Das primäre Karzinom der Urethra ist extrem selten: Es macht etwa 0,02% aller weiblichen Malignome aus. Der Altersgipfel liegt um das 65. Lebensjahr. Etwa zwei Drittel der Karzinome betreffen die distale und ein Drittel die proximale Urethra [Weghaupt et al. 1984].
