Zusammenfassung

Auffällig ist, daß die Inzidenz in den verschiedenen Arbeiten, die über Instabilitäten nach Schultergelenkersatz berichten weitgestreut zwischen 0 und 38% ist. Dies kann möglicherweise durch die unterschiedliche Interpretation, wann eine Instabilität vorliegt, bedingt sein. Einige Autoren zählen die kraniale Migration bei Verlust oder Dysfunktion der Rotatorenmanschette zur Instabilität, wohingegen andere nur die frühe vordere, hintere oder inferiore Instabilität in diesem Zusammenhang nennen.
