Zusammenfassung
Die Indikation zur isolierten arthroskopischen subacromialen Dekompression sehen wir in dem Vorliegen eines therapieresistenten Impingement-Syndromes Stadium 2 nach Neer [4, 5]. Dieses ist definiert als Fibrosierung und Verdickung der Sehne und der Bursa subacromialis durch wiederholte Reizzustände. Eine Therapieresistenz liegt dann vor, wenn über 6 Monate trotz subacromialer Infiltration und begleitender physikalischer Therapie das Impingement bestehen bleibt.
