Zusammenfassung

Das Impingementsyndrom der Schulter ist vermutlich die häufigste Ursache für Schulterschmerzen. Der Begriff beinhaltet mehrere Erkrankungsformen mit dem gemeinsamen Symptom des Schmerzes bei Überkopfarbeiten. Die Diagnose des Impingementsyndroms der Schulter ist eine klinische Diagnose, die auf anamnestischen und klinischen Befunden basiert.
