Zusammenfassung

Der Fuß steht bei Stoffwechselerkrankungen in der Regel selten im Vordergrund, wenn man von der Ausnahme der Gicht absieht. Dennoch ist die Kenntnis der möglichen Veränderungen, die derartige Erkrankungen am Fuß verursachen können für die Differentialdiagnose von Beschwerden im Fußbereich unerläßlich. Im Wesentlichen ist an folgende Erkrankungen zu denken (Tabelle 1).
