Unter Laxität eines Gelenkes wird die vermehrte Dehnbarkeit der Kapsel mit vergrößertem Bewegungsumfang verstanden. Laxität besitzt keinen Krankheitswert. Laxität ist das, was mit Schulterschubladen und beim sogenannten SulcusTest überprüft wird.
