Zusammenfassung

Entsprechend des allgemeinen Grundsatzes, daß zuvor eine eingehende diagnostische Abklärung erfolgt und die konservativen Therapiemöglichkeiten ausgeschöpft sind, stellt sich die Indikation zur operativen Versorgung. Dabei orientiert sich das Vorgehen an pathophysiologischen Vorstellungen der chronischen Überlastung und Irritation.
