Zusammenfassung
Zur Qualitätssteigerung und Erhöhung der Präzision werden in verschiedenen operativen Disziplinen zunehmend rechnergestützte Verfahren entwickelt und eingesetzt. Gemeinsame Grundlage dieser für den Operationsbereich meist neuen Techniken ist die bildgesteuerte Operation. Hierbei wird anhand präoperativ gewonnener Bilddaten zunächst eine für den Patienten individuelle Operationsplanung durchgeführt. Der operative Eingriff oder Teilschritte davon können anschließend an einem virtuellen Modell simuliert werden. Bei manchen Systemen wird sogar der Operateur intraoperativ angeleitet. Hierzu ist es jedoch notwendig, das Planungskoordinatensystem exakt auf das Patientenkoordinatensystem am OP-Tisch umzusetzen. Die intraoperative Steuerung erfolgt dann entweder passiv durch Anleitung des Operateurs anhand der präoperativen Planung oder sogar aktiv, indem ein halbautomatisches Gerät unter Aufsicht des Chirurgen einzelne OP-Schritte übernimmt.
