Zusammenfassung

Ein typisches System für die ESWT besteht aus folgenden Komponenten:

  • Schallquelle mit Ansteuerung und Ankoppelkissen (Wasserkreislauf)

  • Schallquellenpositionierung

  • Gehäuse mit Netzteilen, Steuerung, Stoßgeneratoren, etc.

  • Ortungseinrichtung (en) und/oder Ortungshilfen

    • Markierung des Stoßwellenverlaufes

    • Laserpointer

  • Bildgebende Verfahren: ideal sind isozentrisch integrierte Systeme

    • Ultraschallsystem

    • Röntgensystem
