Zusammenfassung

In diesem Abschnitt wird zunächst die Einordnung von Communities of Practice innerhalb der verschiedenen Wissensmanagement Lösungsansätze verdeutlicht, mit denen diverse aktuelle Problemstellungen in der Praxis angegangen werden. Außerdem wird der Begriff „Community of Practice“ beschrieben und es wird aufgezeigt, auf welche Fragen in diesem Zusammenhang Antworten und Lösungen gesucht werden.
