Zusammenfassung
Modelle von betrieblichen IuK-Systemen dienen der Repräsentation betriebswirtschaftlicher Anforderungen an die Beschaffung, Verarbeitung und Weitergabe von Informationen im und über das Unternehmen hinaus. Entsprechend der Architektur LISA unterscheidet man verschiedene Sichten auf IuK-Systeme; dieses und das folgende Kapitel haben ihren Schwerpunkt auf der Sicht des Modellzwecks, d.h. auf Modellen zur Problembeschreibung und Modellen zur Problemlösung. Im Sinne einer Integration ist es wichtig, dass eine weitestgehende Übereinstimmung zwischen beiden Modelltypen herrscht.
