Zusammenfassung
Seit Platin in Katalysatoren zur Reinigung von Automobilabgasen genutzt wird, reichert es sich in der Umwelt an (Wildhagen u. Krivan 1992; Zereini et al. 1993; Alt et al. 1993; Schramel et a1. 1995; Schierl u. Fruhmann 1996; Moens et al. 1995; Parent et al. 1996). Die Bewertung der Bioverfügbarkeit des Pt wurde wichtig, da viele Platinverbindungen, selbst in geringen Mengen, eine stark sensibilisierende Wirkung haben. (Rosner u. Merget 1990; Sheard 1955; Bolm-Audorff et al. 1992; Aresta et al. 1982; Nordlind 1986; WHO (ed.) IPCS 1991).
