Zusammenfassung

Eine 26jährige, normalgewichtige Patientin aus Rumänien leidet seit ihrem 22. Lebensjahr an einem Diabetes mellitus Typ 1 (ICA posi-tiv). Die Erkrankung wurde in Rumänien mit einer konventionellen Insulintherapie behandelt. Darunter konnte ein HbAlc-Wert von 8,5% (Norm bis 6,1%) erreicht werden. Als die Patientin dann in Deutschland schwanger wurde, setzte der Hausarzt das Insuliab und begann eine orale antidiabetische Therapie mit Euglucon und Glu-cophage. Unter dieser Therapie verschlechterte sich die Stoffwech-seleinstellung und der HbAlc-Wert lag nun bei 9,1%.
