Eine 22jährige Patientin mit einem seit 15 Jahren bestehenden Typ-1-Diabetes stellt sich im Rahmen einer Kontrolluntersuchung in der Diabetesambulanz vor. Seit 3 Jahren ist keine Funduskontrolle in Mydriasis durchgeführt worden.
