Zusammenfassung

Das ehemalige Hochmoor von Saldropo (625 m hoch) liegt im Naturpark von Gorbea, in der Provinz Vizcaya (Baskenland/Spanien). Die Gegend hat ein sehr feuchtes Klima mit über 1.500 mm Niederschlag im Jahr, mit dichtem Nebel, häufig auch im Sommer und mit einem sehr kalten Winter.
