Abstract

In defining strategy based BPO concepts, we must ensure that company and vertical market specific requirements — such as are necessary to implement strategic goals -- are taken into account when engineering business processes. The resulting guidelines for later phases of BIS ensure that additional BIS tasks focus on the strategic goals of the enterprise and that these are implemented successively.
