Zusammenfassung

Die Schwangerschaft ist eine besondere physiologische Situation für den weiblichen Organismus mit Veränderungen in vielen Organsystemen. Auch das Nervensystem ist direkt oder indirekt z.B. über Veränderungen des Immunsystems oder der Gerinnungsverhältnisse mitbetroffen. Glücklicherweise kommt es nur selten zu intensivmedizinischen Komplikationen von neurologischen Erkrankungen in der Schwangerschaft [27]. Diese sind dann aber oft sehr schwerwiegend und gefährden natürlich nicht nur die Schwangere, sondern auch das ungeborene oder neugeborene Kind in seinem jeweiligen Entwicklungsstatus.
