Zusammenfassung

Sinusvenenthrombose und Pseudotumor cerebri sind 2 Erkrankungen, die mit einer Erhöhung des intrakraniellen Druckes einhergehen können. Die SVT ist eine der Ursachen für eine solche ICP-Erhöhung, beim Pseudotumor cerebri handelt es sich um eine Diagnose, die im Sinne einer Auschlußdia-gnose nur dann angenommen werden darf, wenn zugrundeliegende Ursachen für die Drucksteigerung (z. B. SVT) ausgeschlossen worden sind.
