Zusammenfassung

Die Strukturformeln finden sich in Abb. 8.1. im Stoffwechsel)Therapeutisch verwendet werden Tretinoin (All-Trans-Retinsäure, VAS), Isotretinoin, Adapalen und Tazaroten. Tretinoin tritt als Metabolit im Retinolstoffwechsel bei Tieren auf. Es handelt sich um farblose Kristalle. Die Löslichkeit ist am besten in Ethanol, Isopropanol und Polyethylenglykol 400 (Nowakowsky 1996).
