Zusammenfassung

5-FU ist ein Pyrimidin Antagonist. Die Strukturformel (Abb.16.1) ist der Formel von Uracil ähnlich mit Ausnahme davon, dass sich in Position C5 ein F-Atom findet. Es handelt sich um ein weißes, kristallines Pulver; wenig löslich in Wasser, schwer löslich in Ethanol, praktisch unlöslich in Ether.
